The waning moon strips away illusions and excuses, leaving only the bare truth of what has been done and what has been earned through those actions.
Waning Gibbous: Begins the slow stripping of the target's denial, peeling away layers of self-justification over days
Waning Quarter: Sharp and decisive reckoning, forcing the target to face consequences they have been outrunning
Dark Moon: Absolute reckoning with no possibility of further evasion; the target confronts the full weight of their actions at once
